Oliver combines a strong financial background with his experience in managing teams and developing business partnering relationships. Oliver does his best work in relationship-based environments that allow for entrepreneurial thinking. He cares about creating high-performance teams to be industry leaders.
Adolph Kleynhans
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Adolph is a chemical engineer by qualification and a metallurgical engineer by trade. He is experienced in the metals processing industry, specialising in copper and cobalt operations. Solving problems by means of analytical methods is one of his major strengths. Adolph is focused on continual learning, exploring how technology can be used to benefit organisations and provide production efficiencies. He functions best in dynamic leadership teams.
